NOLA Street Tales III: Cost to be the Boss
August 24, 2020
Almost two months after the war with Dre ended, Sharice is offered a chance to get what she’s always wanted, which is the title of boss in the Faction Organization once again by accepting a job to take over the Houston drug trade. To achieve this rank, she’s going to need to get her team together, which is easier said than done.
Her longtime friend, Connie, is just getting back on her feet after her hospital stay. Bull has been MIA still struggling with his emotions after being ordered to kill his best friend. Michelle and James continue their undercover affair with each other, which is starting to cause problems with Michelle’s boyfriend, Theo. Lastly, Sharice’s old flame, Jerome, is off doing his own thing with little contact with her since they decided to split with each other.
Sharice also will have her hands full with Rock, the dealer who runs most of the Houston drug that has been battling the Faction crew for the past couple of months and winning. Unlike any enemy she’s faced before, Rock and his crew are just as calculating and intelligent as Sharice, making this her most challenging foe to date.
With the FBI receiving an increased budget to deal with her crew, and a Houston drug organization not backing down, Sharice will have to pull out all the stops to outsmart her opponents to be able to claim the boss status she’s wanted for quite some time. There is a cost to be the boss, and Sharice will pay whatever it takes to defeat her enemies to come out on top.
