Corrina

From the novel entitled "Danark".

Corrina's journey started at 15 as she joined the Danark team in the Great War 5 years earlier. She first met the team trying to steal Marlow's vehicle but eventually joined the team as her cause aligned with theirs. She's a member of the Lacata Tribe who are known for being fierce warriors, and she didn't disappoint. She was able to escape after Cyron took over but the path hasn't been easy for her.

In the book, it's been 5 years since the great war and after the death of her father, she's leading her people who are on the brink of extension. She's still a young 20-year-old but is much wiser as a leader now, having been through hell and back through the past years, including the enslavement of her people at one point before she was able to liberate them once more. Seeing that Marlow is still alive fills her with the hope that they can finish what they started all those years ago and free the planet back to the people.

She's one of my favorite characters in the book because although she's young, she's had to step up and become something she's not. While she's with the team, she has the best bond with Marlow and can show her immaturity with him, not having to keep things together for her people. She's been influenced by a lot of different characters that I've seen in different media, but I think the most distinct influence is Yuffie from Final Fantasy 7.

I really love the fact that she stepped up at such a young age to take leadership of her people, and even though she's failed them in the past, they still have faith in her, and continue to defend her at all cost. She may not be the strongest Danark member, but she's one of the deadliest.
